- Once the program has started or sessions attended, refunds are not guaranteed.
- No refunds are issued after 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Sessions can be rescheduled if reported at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed sessions without prior notice are considered used and non-refundable.
- All refunds are processed through Stripe to the client's original payment method.
